BAKED POTATO BAR
Each large potato comes individually wrapped and ready to serve with your favorite toppings. Toppings: Shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon bits and butter; homemade chili or grilled chicken; broccoli and cheese sauce. Salad Bar: mixed greens, black and green olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, California mix, croutons, and your choice of three dressings. Plates, napkins, and eating utensils.

GRILLED BARBECUED SANDWICHES
Your choice of pulled pork, pulled chicken or chopped brisket. Sausage available upon request. Two sides: potato salad, macaroni salad, cold slaw, fruit salad, baked beans, ranch beans, seasoned corn or green beans. Relish tray: onions, pickles, jalapenos, and cherry peppers. Assorted individual bags of chips. Plates, napkins, and eating utensils.

THE LEGENDARY BURGER BAR
Burgers (1/3 lb., 85-15 fresh ground angus beef), grilled chicken or Veggie burgers. Hot dogs (100% beef) available upon request at $2.50 per hotdog. All condiments — Cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, pickles, relish, mayo, mustard, and ketchup. Individual assorted bags of chips. Your choice of two homemade sides: creamy macaroni salad, zesty tri pasta, slaw, potato salad, fruit salad, baked beans, barbeque ranch beans, mac-n-cheese, seasoned corn or green beans.
